NCETA is partnering with NADA to review, update, and repeat a health and wellbeing study of the NSW NGO AOD workforce.
Health and Wellbeing Survey of the NSW Non-Government Organisation AOD Workforce
NCETA are working with the Network of Alcohol and Other Drug Agencies (NADA) to review, revise and repeat a health and wellbeing study of the New South Wales (NSW) non-government organisation (NGO) alcohol and other drug (AOD) workforce that was previously undertaken in collaboration with NCETA in 2017.
The online survey will cover topics such as the demographics and personal characteristics of workers, their working conditions, and their perceptions of themselves and their work. It seeks to provide insight into the extent to which the AOD workforce is satisfied and engaged with their work. Data will facilitate a repeated cross-sectional analysis against the previous survey and provide the evidence-base necessary to inform strategies to promote worker wellbeing and job satisfaction.
Keep an eye on NCETA and NADA’s websites for more information.
