NCETA is pleased to introduce our newest team members and to celebrate those who have recently been recognised for their valuable contributions.

In recent months, NCETA has expanded its team, and we’re excited to introduce our newest members:

Stine HojDr Stine Høj – Research Fellow
Stine is a social epidemiologist with research interests in the social, structural, and environmental determinants of substance use, drug-related harm, and access to care. She is a specialist in quantitative methods and holds research degrees in both public health (PhD) and marketing (MBus). Prior to joining NCETA, Stine worked for 8 years at the Centre Hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal in Montreal, Canada, where her research focused on informing strategies to enhance HCV prevention, testing, and treatment uptake among people who inject drugs.

 

ChloeChloe McDonough – Research Assistant

Chloe holds an Honours degree in Psychology from Flinders University and has previously worked as a Research Assistant with the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network in a mental health rehabilitation team.

 

 

 

AshleaBaby Colin Bartram

Baby Colin Bartram was born 21 August by our Senior Research Fellow Ashlea Bartram who are both going well.

Prof Bowden, Director has been named Matthew Flinders Professor at Flinders University for her contributions to research and continued commitment to research excellence, leadership and impact.

 

 

 

Luca awardDr Gianluca Di Censo

Gianluca, Research Fellow has been awarded the Frank Dalziel Prize for the best thesis of the year in the school of Psychology from Adelaide University.

 

 

 

Stefano awardStefano Zaccagnini

Stefano, PhD student researching men’s risky drinking competed in the 3 Minute Thesis (3MT) competition. He was a finalist in the College heat, winner of the Semi-Final, then winner of the Flinders University Final People’s Choice Award.
