Census of South Australian Alcohol and Other Drug Organisations

A workforce development plan for the South Australian alcohol and other drug sector is currently under development. To ensure that its targets are underpinned by reliable and relevant workforce data, Drug and Alcohol Services South Australia has commissioned NCETA to undertake a census of South Australian alcohol and other drug organisations. The census will collect data regarding the characteristics of the South Australian alcohol and other drug workforce, including the types of roles they are employed in, recruitment and retention, professional development, cultural safety, and other workforce development topics. Results will be used to inform workforce planning and development initiatives in South Australia.
