Project description: 

NCETA is collaborating on a monograph with a team from the National Drug Research Institute (NDRI), the National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre (NDARC) and the South Australian Centre for Economic Studies (SACEC) to identify the societal costs of methamphetamine use in Australia. An NCETA team led by Dr Ken Pidd is writing a chapter about the financial impact of methamphetamine on workplaces including occupational injuries, workplace absenteeism, and other employment costs, and identifying strategies for workplaces to assist them to respond effectively to methamphetamine use amongst employees.
