Don’t forget to have your say – National AOD Workforce Survey

Have you completed the NCETA 2019 National AOD Workforce Survey yet? To date, more than 1,000 workers nationally have already had their say. It’s vital that input is obtained from workers across Australia with good representation from all states and territories.
The survey is open to anyone working in the AOD sector. Click here to complete the survey.
Make sure you have your say as your responses will provide invaluable information about:
- The characteristics of the Australian AOD workforce
- Working conditions in the AOD sector
- Worker wellbeing and sustainability (recruitment and retention).
The survey findings will be used by policy makers, organisations, managers and workers to inform enhancements to workforce planning and worker wellbeing and service provision to clients.
The survey can be accessed here. It takes about 15-20 minutes to complete. When you complete the survey you also have the chance to go into a draw to win an iPad mini.
