Cracks in the Ice wants to hear from you!

February 2019

Cracks in the Ice (https://cracksintheice.org.au/) is an online toolkit providing information and resources about ice or crystal methamphetamine including where and when to get help.

Researchers are conducting a community-wide evaluation of the Cracks in the Ice Community Toolkit and want to hear from you! They are looking for people in Australia who have visited the website, as well as those who haven’t, to get involved and contribute in co-developing this practical community resource so that it can continue to meet the needs of all Australians. If you or your community has been affected by ice, or if you’re a health professional in this space, make your voice heard!

The survey will take approximately 30minutes and if you decide to participate, you will have the option to enter a draw to win an iPad Pro (valued at $980).

If you have any questions about the survey, please contact the researchers on (02) 8936 1049 or steph.kershaw@sydney.edu.au. This study has been approved by the University of Sydney Human Research Ethics Committee (2018/844).

Cracks in the Ice was informed by input from community members across Australia, and developed in collaboration with researchers from the Matilda Centre for Research in Mental Health and Substance Use at the University of Sydney; the National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre, University of New South Wales; and the National Drug Research Institute, Curtin University.
